Saltaire (Perlberger) Cup 2007

A combination of bad weather on Saturday
and a helicopter evacuation on Sunday afternoon
were features of this year's Saltaire Soccer Classic.

All obstacles were overcome
and the Blue team overcame the Red team 1-0 in a game
on a field that had just been vacated by the Suffolk Police helicopter.

The teams had such skill parity
that no contest was decided by more than one goal.
